At Greltor, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns within 90 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.
Return Period
Customers may request a return within 90 days from the date the order is delivered. Return requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be in New condition (unused, unworn, and unwashed, in original condition, including original packaging and tags).
- Restocking Fee: There are no restocking fees for any returns.
- Return Reasons: We accept returns for both defective products and change-of-mind (non-defective) products.

Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Returns must be approved before items are sent back to ensure proper processing.
- Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail.
- Return Label: Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to download and print at no cost.
Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping within the 90-day return period. Once your return request is approved, Greltor will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for returning your item. Customers will not be charged return shipping fees for eligible returns submitted within the return window.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout and processed within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Original delivery charges, where applicable, will be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 90 days of delivery. Replacement items will be shipped after the returned item has been received and approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly. Please include your order number, photos of the item received, and photos clearly showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Return Address
Return instructions and the return address will be provided after the return request has been approved. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
